At Jewels of Siam, we offer carefully curated jewelry, antiques, paintings, home décor, collector objects, and rare finds. Because many of our items are unique, fragile, vintage, antique, or one-of-a-kind, shipping arrangements may vary depending on the size, weight, value, and nature of the item.

1. Pickup Available

Customers may choose to pick up their order by prior arrangement.

Pickup details, location, and timing will be confirmed after the order is placed or through direct communication with Jewels of Siam.

2. Shipping Within Thailand

Shipping is available within Thailand.

We use different logistics providers in Thailand depending on the product type, destination, size, weight, and handling requirements.

Logistics providers may include local courier services, parcel delivery companies, specialist delivery services, or arranged transport for larger or fragile items.

3. Shipping Charges

For many standard-sized items, shipping may be included or charged at checkout where applicable.

For heavier, larger, fragile, high-value, or special-handling items, an additional shipping charge may apply.

This may include items such as:


Large antiques
Paintings
Fragile décor items
Heavy household objects
Oversized collector pieces
High-value items requiring special handling

If an additional shipping fee is required, we will inform the customer before dispatch.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery information will be shared once the order is ready for dispatch.

5. Packaging

We take care to pack items appropriately based on their nature and fragility.

However, antiques, paintings, décor items, and collector objects may require special packing, protective materials, or custom handling.

Additional packing or shipping charges may apply for such items.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Jewels of Siam is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Items During Shipping

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:


Order number
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the damaged item
Description of the issue

We will review the matter and respond accordingly.

8. International Shipping

At this time, our main shipping service is within Thailand.

International shipping may be considered on request, depending on the item, destination country, customs requirements, and logistics availability.

Any international duties, taxes, customs charges, or import restrictions are the responsibility of the buyer.

For heavy, fragile, valuable, or oversized items, customers are encouraged to contact us before placing an order so we can confirm pickup or shipping options.
